Paragraph Breaks Teaching Three Different Levels

When I taught English at VSS the students had three levels. There were pre-beginning, beginning, and low intermediate. Pre-beginning could not read sentences or words. They needed learn the sounds of the alphabet and sounds of short, small, easy words; pot, cat, red. . . They had a lot to learn. Beginning students could read small words and short simple sentences. However, writing was really difficult for beginning students. they knew around 300 words. they needed a lot of help and could help pre-beginning students say words. The low intermediate students knew the most. These students could tell their teachers information about their lives. They could talk about their families and what they like and do not like. good teachers know what each level can do. Students often think they don't know anything even when they know a lot.
