 Q. Which previous program does CFSS replace?

A. PCA

Program - Many schools have classes or programs for students to take. For example the Hmong Cultural Center has many programs. It has a citizenship program, an ESL program, and a Queej program. 

Program - Sometimes the word program is used when talking about things people watch on TV or on YouTube. 

PCA - Personal Care Assistance Program is going to be different. The PCA program which helps people with disabilities is not going to be the same. PCA is going to be replaced by CFSS - Community First Supports & Services. 

Previous - In books there are many chapters. If I am reading chapter three (3) and say, "In the previous chapter," I am talking about chapter two (2). 

A. There are a lot of pages in a book. If someone says "on the previous page" and the person is on page 5, the person is talking about page 4. 4 comes before 5. 

B. On Youtube there are shows to watch. Many shows have more than one episode. A chapter is to a book as an episode is to a show. Episode two may start by saying, "previously on Hmong Ghost Stories" this is talking about episode 1. 

C. Personal Care Assistance was a program that came before Community First Supports & Services. It came previously to CFSS. First there was PCA, then there was CFSS second.
